The Site proposes some helpfull contents (guides, current events) with an only one documentary aim and as an indication. These contents must be taken as elements of reflexion. The Users are invited by the Editor to exploit this information with a critical spirit and understanding.

Advertisement Services

The Editor makes permanent, human, technical and financier efforts to assure an Advertisement Service of professional quality in favour of the users of the Site. In spite of his efforts, the Editor could not be held responsible for any involuntary error of his share having for consequence the absence of exactitude, reliability, relevance, exhaustiveness, topicality of the information inserted on the service “Advertisements” of the Site. It is the same for the legal availability of the properties quoted in the advertisements.

Services of Simulations

 The users of the Site have at their disposal of the “simulators” allowing to carry out easily with a certain number of calculations. These services of simulation have as an ambition only to provide a rough estimate concerning the computed values. As the results could not be guaranteed for exact, the user will exploit these calculations with a critical spirit and understanding.

The hypertexts links to third party sites 

The Site proposes hypertexts links pointing towards Internet sites published by thirds. The publication of these links on the Site does not mean approval by the editor of the contents of these sites. The Editor cannot permanently carry out a control of the contents of these sites, and cannot thus guarantee:
- Exactitude, reliability, relevance, the update, or the exhaustiveness of their contents;
- Their access and technical correct operation
Consequently, the responsibility for the Editor could not be retained in the event of possible litigation between a site referred on the Site and a User. Only the responsibility for the editors of the sites referred on the Site could be committed.

Protection of the private life and the personal data

The Site collects the personal information provided by the Users at the time of their visit on the Site. This collection allows:
- Compilation of general statistics on the traffic on the Site,
- The sending emails to the addresses provided by the Users of answers, various information or advertisements coming from the Editor.
The collection and the personal data processing on Internet must be done in the respect of the basic rights of the people.
Consequently, the Editor engages with a policy of treatment in conformity with the law n°78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to data processing, the files and freedoms.
The Editor states to have carried out a declaration attached to the National Commission Data processing and Freedoms (C.N.I.L).
In addition, always with the title of the aforesaid the law, any User of the Site has a right of access, modification, of correction or suppression to the personal data relating to it. He can exert these rights by contacting the Editor to the co-ordinates indicated in top of page.
To facilitate the exercise of these rights, the Users of the Site can remove their subscription by selecting the “unsubscribe” option on the subscription form.
The computers connecting itself to the waiters of the Site receive on their hard disk one or more very light files with the text format called commonly “Cookies”. The cookies record information relating to navigation on the Site carried out from the computer on which the “cookie is stored” (consulted pages, the date and the consulting hour, etc). They make it possible to identify the successive visits made from the same computer. The people connected to the Site have freedom to be opposed to the recording “cookies”.
To do so, they can employ the corresponding functionalities on their navigator. However, the Editor draws the attention of the Users that, in such a case, the access to certain services of the Site can appear faded, even impossible.

 The Editor commits himself taking all the legal and technical steps to make safe the exchanges.
For this reason, the Editor engages with an obligation of means to block the diversions of data, and to respect the applicable regulations. Nevertheless, the Users of the Site know the technical characteristics of Internet network and the related risks.
Consequently, the Editor cannot guarantee to his Users that the data exchanged via the services suggested by the Site are not collected in a fraudulent way by thirds.

Intellectual ownership rights

The Editor has rights relating to certain data protected by the Code of the intellectual property. He has rights in particular thus for its or his marks, his graphic charter, his data base.
Consequently, their exploitation offline or online, on a purely free or expensive basis, of whole or part of these data without the express authorization of the Editor is prohibited.

Availability of the service

The Editor has an obligation of means in term of accessibility of service and sets up the structures necessary to make the Site accessible 7 days a week and 24 hours a day.
Nevertheless, the Editor can suspend the access without notice, in particular for reasons of maintenance and updating. The Editor is not to, in no case responsible, for the possible damages which can result from this for the User or any third.
The Editor can constantly remove whole or part of his Services or modify their content in particular for technical reasons and that without notice. The Editor reserves faculty to refuse, unilaterally and without preliminary notification, to any User the access to whole or part of the Site. Such a decision could in particular be made in the event of non-observance of the terms of this text by a User.

This text is subjected to the French right. The Editor reserves the right to constantly amend of the terms, conditions and their content without warning.
